How am I billed for services?
Depending on the service:
For websites a small down-payment is required for domain registration and website hosting costs, then portions of the total cost should be payable each week. For videos we require a single down-payment for bookings and portions of the total cost payable each week throughout the editing process. For solutions we accept once-off payments. Students are eligible for small (no interest) monthly payments on all services. Do you accept a single, bulk bill for services?
We accept bulk billing for all services.
Where do I send my payments to?
You will receive an electronic invoice containing all your payment options.
Orders How long do orders take to process?
Not long at all, we aim to process orders within 1 to 2 business days.
Do you send my product out to me, or do I collect them?
We send you your order via Australia Post.
I need to make a small change to my order, am I too late?
Absolutely not. As long as your order in not already in post, Benarama will go about fixing your order to meet the outcome you had in mind.
Websites What domain and web hosting provider do you use?
We search for the most competitive price on the market. All the providers we use are reputable and have no hidden costs.
Do you offer stand-alone services such as optimisation and maintenance?
